Founder and host, Erica Savage delivers honest experience-driven commentary as a brain injury champion and mental health advocate after surviving being hit twice by a large truck while traveling for work in March 2021. Erica’s political and social work has been paused and re-routed as a result of active healing and ongoing recovery. Featured guests will range from medical practitioners to therapeutic and wellness experts and brain awareness community members. Age with Vibrancy LLC is a holistic wellness company with a mission to provide curated fitness and wellness programs for women aged 45 and older looking to age well and vibrantly. Age with Vibrancy LLC uses holistic, mind, and body philosophies to assist clients in reaching their health and fitness goals across their lifespan.
She is a fervent supporter of her community. As such, she is the current president of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Greater Cleveland Chapter; she also serves as the co-chair of the National health committee. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Dr. Anglow is a State of Arizona Licensed Naturopathic Family Medicine physician. She has an extensive nutrition science background. She earned a Bachelor in Nutrition Science, Dietetics and Biology from Syracuse University in New York. She is a health educator, a writer and blogger featured in multiple publications.
After university in New York she worked at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston while earning her certificate in medical Spanish from Boston College. She became passionate about Naturopathic Medicine through her high school years battling her own health struggles with asthma and weight gain and looking for ways to help herself. Growing up in a family of 12 doctors, she is the first Naturopathic Physician.
She understands both the conventional and naturopathic world and thus provide her patients the best integrative wellness protocol possible.
After graduating from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine she was accepted in one of the few prestigious residency program in the country. Upon completion of her Family Medicine Residency, she has now an overall 8 years of experience in the health field.
Her first language is French. Being fluent in French and Spanish allows her to give back to multiple Spanish speaking health clinics. During her free time she enjoys volunteering, pilates and boxing. She is an avid cook, reader and dog mom to her 2-year old Bichon poodle named Kooper. Follow her and him on social media @drdaiseyanglow for daily content and stories.

Beverly is the founder of The EPIC Academy and Genesys Fitness. After being a Zumba instructor for years, Beverly knew her influence included more than helping “forgotten women” lose weight. She has grown her coaching practice into serving men and women who need a makeover from the inside out.
Beverly is a member of the International Sports Sciences Association. Having been featured in dozens of national and international magazines, Beverly has been recognized by SwagHer Magazine, Meta, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Black Speakers Network.

Born into a Marine Corps family, in Bethesda, Maryland and relocated to Albany, Georgia. Post high school graduation, Ron enlisted in the Army and was stationed in Germany, Kosovo, Ft. Benning, Georgia, and Iraq.
Upon returning, Ron noticed changes in my personality and distancing himself from everyone and would drink more and have irrational thoughts. This would lead to ongoing counseling and mental health services as needed.
Ron married his best friend of 20yrs, Sept. 2015 and received his PTSD and Multiple Sclerosis diagnoses on the same day, November 25, 2015.

Rebecca got her start in politics at just 14 years old when she served as an intern for a womxn elected official in her hometown of Detroit. She has since served as a Vice President at Deliver Strategies, one of the leading progressive direct mail firms in the country, and as the RUN to WIN Director for EMILY’s List, leading the largest candidate recruitment and training program in the organization’s history.
Rebecca is a graduate of the Women’s Campaign School at Yale, EMILY’S List, VoteRunLead and numerous other leadership programs. She is on the faculty for the Congressional Black Caucus Institute and has been a trainer for ElectHer, New American Leaders, the Front Line Leaders Academy, and others.
Rebecca has appeared in the Washington Post, New York Times, and Essence Magazine and was one of the American Association of Political Consultants’ Top 40 Under 40 award recipients in 2018. She was inspired to create “Changing the Face of Power” – the first podcast in the country dedicated to inspiring black womxn to run for office – after losing her election for State Representative in Michigan by just 6 votes. She wants to teach Black womxn candidates everything she learned the hard way so they can run and win the first time.

She led classroom instruction for 12 years and works currently on the administrative instructional leadership team as the lead instruction and curriculum specialist for Rock Spring Elementary School in Henry County School District. Mrs. Jones has worked closely with administrative teams and classroom teachers to deliver timely professional development, provide research-based interventions/progress monitoring tools for teachers and students, modeling effective instructional practices, and provide feedback on instructional programming. She is currently a member of Henry County’s Leadership and Development Cohort and additional Leadership Development programs.
Kimberly Jones is a proud alumni and graduate of Albany State University’s 2001 Early Childhood Education program, received her Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University in Reading Curriculum and Instruction and her Educational Specialist from Walden University in Early Childhood Education. Kimberly Jones was employed by Atlanta Public Schools for 15 years and Dekalb County for 4 years, and Dougherty County Schools for one year.
She is the founder and CEO of Intention Intervention, an educational consulting company that serves as a platform to bridge students’ current performance with specific and individual interventions that produce positive student outcomes. Mrs. Jones advocates and champions for not only students, but parents and caregivers to present tools needed to see growth and progress for present and future success.
